RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We want you to love your new shoes. If something is not right, you can return your order easily. Below you will find everything you need to know.

YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a person you name who is not the carrier, receive the goods. If you ordered several items that are delivered separately, the period starts when you receive the last item.

To use your right of withdrawal, send us a clear statement, for example by email to info@mesaaxis.com, saying that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. Please include your name, order number and the items you want to return. You can use the model withdrawal form at the end of this page, but it is not required.

It is enough to send your statement before the 14 days have passed.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS

1. Email us at info@mesaaxis.com with your order number and the items you want to return.
2. We will reply with the return address and everything you need to know.
3. Pack the shoes securely, ideally in their original shoe box, and place it inside a shipping box. Please add your order number.
4. Send the parcel back to us within 14 days of telling us about your withdrawal.

Please send a separate return for each order.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

You pay the direct costs of returning the goods. We recommend using a tracked shipping service so your return can be traced.

If you received a faulty, damaged or wrong item, we will cover the return costs.

CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS

Of course you can try your shoes on to check the size, fit and look, just like you would in a shop. To keep your return simple, please:

a) try them on indoors on a clean, soft surface such as a carpet
b) do not wear them outside
c) keep all tags, labels, paper fillings and the original shoe box

If the shoes show signs of wear or damage beyond what is needed to check them, for example dirty or scuffed soles, we may deduct an amount that reflects the loss in value.

YOUR REFUND

We will refund all payments we received from you, including the standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal statement. If you chose Insured Express Shipping, the extra cost of 2.95 EUR is not refunded, as standard shipping was available free of charge.

We may hold back the refund until we have received the items back or until you have sent proof that you have returned them, whichever happens first.

The refund is made using the same payment method you used for your order, unless we agree otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for the refund. We will let you know by email once your refund has been issued.

EXCHANGES

Need a different size or colour? Just email us at info@mesaaxis.com with your order number and the size or colour you would like. If it is in stock, we will reserve it for you while your return is on its way.

STORE CREDIT

If you prefer, we can also issue store credit instead of a refund. Just let us know when you request your return.

FAULTY OR WRONG ITEMS

If your shoes arrive damaged, faulty or are not what you ordered, please contact us right away at info@mesaaxis.com with your order number, a short description and a photo. We will offer you a replacement, repair or refund as quickly as possible.

All products are covered by the statutory legal guarantee for consumers. This guarantee applies to defects that exist at the time of delivery and appear within two years. Normal wear and tear and damage caused by improper use or care are not covered.
